How EAI Works

Each room is equipped with a digital thermostat, and one or more wireless transceivers connected to existing HVAC units. EAI’s flexible design lets you choose wired or wireless options for in-room control. Communications to the Control Center are always wireless. Occupancy sensors such as motion and door sensors are optional equipment – ideal for hotels with high occupancy rates. Here is a list of many function of EAI.

Wireless Communication

EAI uses the wireless ZigBee “mesh” network, where each device functions as a repeater. This creates a robust, reliable, and self-healing network without the need for expensive infrastructure – allowing central control without expensive back-haul wiring. This gives EAI instant and infinite scalability, and surprisingly low installation costs.
